## Synopsis

You and Everything Else is a South Korean drama series made for Netflix that follows two friends whose bond is shaped by warmth and tension from their youth into adulthood. Their connection pulls them in different directions, and the story builds through a slow accumulation of shared memories, resentments and small kindnesses across the years. The emotional center arrives when one of them is asked to accompany the other through her final days, forcing old wounds and lasting affection into the same room. The narrative moves between timelines to show how two lives diverged and converged, letting the past color every scene in the present. Its tone is intimate, wistful and melancholic, with quiet humor and an undercurrent of grief. The show is patient and character driven, favoring small domestic moments and honest conversation over plot-heavy turns. Viewers who enjoy Korean friendship dramas and reflective stories about love, loss and memory will find resonance here, especially those drawn to the emotional honesty of Past Lives and the aching intimacy of Normal People. It works best as a slow, cathartic watch that rewards attention to what is said and left unsaid between its two leads.
