## Synopsis

The Love You Give Me (2023) is a Chinese romance drama series created by Shi Dingrou and produced by Tencent Penguin Pictures for Tencent Video. Min Hui (Wang Yuwen) and Xin Qi (Wang Ziqi) were once a couple, but a painful breakup caused by illness and misunderstanding pulled them apart years ago. Now they meet again in the business world, where both have built careers and carry old wounds. Their fragile reconnection is complicated when a paternity test suggests that Min Hui's son may be Xin Qi's child. The engine of the series is the tension between past hurt and present longing, as the pair must navigate parenthood, family expectations and the question of whether rekindled love can survive. Each episode moves through office encounters, family moments and private confrontations, building a slow emotional accumulation across a single 28-episode run. Set in contemporary urban China, the series is a gentle, sincere romance with a tender, wistful tone and a focus on motherhood and second chances. Fans of Meteor Garden, Eternal Love and Crash Landing on You will find resonance in its blend of romantic longing, emotional reconciliation and family complication.
