## Synopsis

Drag Race México (2023-2024) is a Mexican reality competition series created by RuPaul, Fenton Bailey and Randy Barbato for MTV Latin America and WOW Presents Plus. Hosted and judged by Lolita Banana, Valentina and Taiga Brava, with Óscar Madrazo on the judging panel, the show follows drag performers competing for the crown of Mexico's Next Drag Superstar. The engine is simple and vivid: each week contestants face runway challenges, comedy tasks and high-stakes lipsync battles, and one performer is eliminated as the field narrows. Across two seasons and twenty-four episodes, the format plays out with bold costumes, campy banter and blunt critiques from a rotating roster of guest judges drawn from Mexican pop culture. Fans of RuPaul's Drag Race, Drag Race España and Top Chef will find the same competitive energy, cheeky humor and celebration of queer performance, here rooted in Mexican drag culture. The mood is joyful and combative in turns, with moments of genuine pride and sisterhood among the queens. It is a bright, high-energy watch best enjoyed one episode at a time.
