## Synopsis

Crash (2024) is a South Korean police procedural series created by Park Joon-woo for ENA. It follows Cha Yeon-ho (Lee Min-ki), a reasonable individualist with a KAIST background, and Min So-hee (Kwak Sun-young), a traffic investigation ace with cool judgment and warm sensitivity, as they work at the Traffic Crime Investigation unit. Their engine is the everyday puzzle of road crime: collisions, traffic violations and vehicle incidents that must be reconstructed and resolved, with each case pushing the two investigators to balance logic against empathy. Supporting principals include Jeong Chae-man (Heo Sung-tae), Woo Dong-gi (Lee Ho-cheol) and Eo Hyeon-gyeong (Choi Moon-hee), whose colleagues and rivals fill out the unit. The series runs as a single season of 24 episodes, with a case-driven rhythm that gives each episode its own incident while building a team dynamic across the run. The tone is lighthearted and joyous, with comic warmth around the partnership and a gentle sense of civic duty. Fans of Brooklyn Nine-Nine and Psych will find resonance in its buoyant workplace banter and mismatched investigators, while viewers of Korean police dramas will recognize its localized procedural framing.
