## Synopsis

Who Is Erin Carter? (2023) is a British national-television thriller miniseries created by Jack Lothian for Netflix. Evin Ahmad plays Erin Carter, a British woman whose tranquil life in Barcelona collapses when an armed robbery at a supermarket exposes a secret and a violent past she has tried to bury. Sean Teale appears as Jordi Collantes and Douglas Henshall as Daniel Long, with Denise Gough as Lena among the principal cast. The engine of the series is the pressure of a past that will not stay buried: Erin must keep her new life intact while the people hunting her, and the danger she once ran from, close in on her city streets. Told across seven roughly forty-seven-minute episodes in a single continuing story, it is a compact limited series built on mounting action and dread. The tone is taut and propulsive, with the brutal flashes of violence rising against the sun-warmed Spanish backdrop. Viewers who enjoy Bodyguard, The Night Manager and Hijack will find the same appetite for a hidden identity pulled into a crisis, with a steady drive toward danger and survival.
