## Synopsis

Menace imminente (2025) is a French television spy thriller created by Leora Kamenetsky and David Dusa for TF1. Veteran Israeli intelligence legend Zeev Abadi (Patrick Bruel) is urgently recalled to hunt a traitor who stole extremely dangerous software developed in secret by Unit 8200, and that software is used for the first time in Paris. His search forces him into an uneasy partnership with French anti-terrorism cop Fleur Giroud (Natacha Lindinger), who is assigned a strange disappearance that happened in broad daylight at Charles de Gaulle Airport. The engine of the story is a race to trace a digital weapon through bureaucratic networks, hostile agencies and a city under threat, with each episode pairing a covert operation with a grounded police inquiry. The series runs as a single six-episode season, a compact limited series rather than a sprawling saga. Its tone is taut and propulsive, with a wry, slightly absurd undercurrent in the mismatched partnership. Themes of institutional mistrust and the fragility of security run through its tense set pieces. Set in present-day Paris and Israel, it fits alongside Tehran and Fauda for viewers who want intelligence work with international reach.
