## Synopsis

Land of Hope (Tierra de Esperanza) is a Mexican telenovela created by Humberto 'Kiko' Olivieri for Las Estrellas. Its 65 episodes of 45 minutes tell a single continuing romance set in the village of Puerto Bravo. Businesswoman María Teresa Arteaga (Carolina Miranda) arrives to clear her father Esteban's name after a fraud accusation and takes charge of La Esperanza, a coveted estate. She is initially at odds with Santos Sandoval (Andrés Palacios), the estate's caretaker, who finds her rude and entitled. The engine of the story is their uneasy alliance as they fight off the greedy neighbor Marco Rivas (Luis Roberto Guzmán) and the corrupt mayor Rutilio Ferrer (Sergio Goyri) while trying to protect the property. Rivalries, schemes, and family pressures fill each episode, and the romance builds slowly through the struggle. The tone is melodramatic and passionate, with a hopeful undercurrent tied to the estate itself. Fans of Rosalinda, Betty la Fea and La Usurpadora will find familiar territory in its class-crossing love story, villainous plotting, and heightened emotion. Its single season gives the story a full arc, a classic telenovela experience for viewers who enjoy romance, rivalry, and rural drama.
