## Synopsis

Fate/strange Fake is a Japanese animated urban fantasy series adapted from a light novel, produced by A-1 Pictures and TYPE-MOON. It follows mages called Masters who summon legendary Heroic Spirits known as Servants to compete in a wish-granting contest for the Holy Grail. The single thirteen-episode season moves through a new Grail War in the American city of Snowfield, a city built as a battleground, where summonings behave strangely and a secretive nation hides its motives. Rival factions are drawn into tense, bloody duels that feel increasingly unhinged. The mood is conspiratorial and eerie, with fierce action set pieces and a sense that everyone is performing on a stage of lies. Fans of Fate/Zero and Jujutsu Kaisen will find resonance in its blend of supernatural combat and hidden magical politics. The show suits viewers who enjoy a dark, mind-bending battle royale with a twisted sense of myth, and it rewards attention to its shifting alliances and unreliable appearances.
