## Synopsis

Pyaar Ka Pehla Adhyaya - Shiv Shakti (2023-present) is an Indian Hindi-language soap opera created by Prateek Sharma for Zee TV. Arjun Bijlani plays Shiv Kashyap, a doctor whose career is flourishing while his personal life has fallen apart, and Nikki Sharma plays Shakti Sharma, an orphan whose nurturing nature makes her the one person who might piece him back together. The engine of the show is the slow, emotionally fraught bond between these two, with every episode built from family tensions, misunderstandings, and the obstacles that keep a wounded man from accepting help. Its daily-soap rhythm unfolds across a long run of roughly ninety episodes, with a continuing storyline rather than a case-of-the-week structure. Set in a contemporary Indian city, the series wraps its romance in familiar household drama, with a melodramatic, sincere register and a warm emotional core. Viewers who enjoy Kumkum Bhagya and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will find the same appetite for heartfelt romance and domestic turbulence here.
