## Synopsis

Kohrra (2023-2026) is a Hindi-language Indian crime drama series created by Diggi Sisodia, Sudip Sharma and Gunjit Chopra for Netflix. When an NRI bridegroom is found dead days before his wedding in the Punjab countryside, two police officers must unravel the case while turbulence builds in their own lives. Suvinder Vicky plays Balbir Singh and Barun Sobti plays Amarpal Garundi, and their uneasy partnership drives the investigation through village rivalries, family feuds, drugs and political pressure. The show runs as a serialized murder mystery across two seasons, with each clue reshaping the suspicion around a tight circle of suspects. Its atmosphere is slow, murky and rain-soaked in the flat fields of Punjab, with a brooding, morally grey tone. Viewers who enjoy Sacred Games, Broadchurch and Mare of Easttown will find the same mix of regional grit, layered secrets and character-driven detection.
