## Synopsis

Perfect Marriage Revenge (2023) is a South Korean melodramatic romance drama series created by Yi Bam-be and Young for MBN. Han Yi-joo (Jung Yoo-min) wakes after a fatal accident to find herself back in the past, and she teams up with Seo Do-guk (Sung Hoon) to plot revenge against the family that never loved her. Han Yu-ra (Jin Ji-hee), Seo Jung-wook (Kang Shin-hyo) and Lee Jeong-hye (Lee Min-young) sit at the center of the household conflicts, and the story pushes its heroine through schemes, confrontations and tangled loyalties inside a wealthy family. The series is a single twelve-episode season, each episode running about an hour, and it moves as one continuing story rather than standalone cases. Its atmosphere is glossy and emotionally heated, built on betrayal, rivalry and the chance to rewrite a painful life. Set in present-day South Korea, it sits in the tradition of the Korean revenge melodrama. Viewers who enjoy The Penthouse: War in Life and Mirror of Witch will find similar appeal in its mix of scheming, romance and comeuppance.
