## Synopsis

Wild Angel (1998-1999) is an Argentine telenovela romance series created by Enrique Torres for Telefe. Natalia Oreiro leads as Milagros, an orphan who works in a grand mansion and falls in love with Ivo Di Carlo, played by Facundo Arana, the son of the household's owners. Lydia Lamaison plays the formidable Doña Angélica viuda de Di Carlo, whose family pride stands squarely in the path of the young couple, while Victoria Onetto and Veronica Vieyra add rival and family entanglements. The engine of the show is the push and pull between romantic longing and social class, with each episode built from misunderstandings, rival schemes, and household intrigue. Running as one long serialized story of 270 episodes in a single season, it follows the classic telenovela arc of obstacles, reversals, and renewed hope. Set in a contemporary Buenos Aires-style setting of wealth and servitude, the tone is melodramatic and warm, with comic touches and heartfelt sentiment. Fans of Betty la fea, Rebelde, and Dynasty will find resonance in its glossy class-crossing romance and sprawling family drama.
