## Synopsis

Dragon Ball DAIMA (2024-2025) is a Japanese animated shonen action adventure series created as a Toei Animation production and broadcast across a wide network of Japanese television stations. Mysteriously shrunk into miniature childlike versions of themselves, Goku and his friends, including Bulma, Krillin, Yamcha and Trunks, travel into the Demon Realm to uncover what happened and find a cure. Voice performances by Aya Hisakawa as Bulma, Mayumi Tanaka as Krillin and Takeshi Kusao as Trunks and Gotenks anchor the cast. The engine is simple and kinetic: the heroes must survive new enemies, navigate strange demon territories and keep their wits about them while their own bodies work against them. The series runs as a single complete season of twenty episodes, with each installment mixing quick fights, slapstick jokes and small quest beats that build toward a larger mystery. Set in a fantastical otherworld rather than any real historical era, it foregrounds an upbeat, playful and optimistic register, with bright animation and smooth martial arts choreography. Its tie-ins to earlier franchise events give longtime fans a sense of reunion. Fans of Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball Super and One Piece will find the same mix of combat spectacle, comedy and friendship at its core.
