## Synopsis

Cadillacs and Dinosaurs (1993-1994) is a Canadian and American animated science fiction series created by Steven E. de Souza and broadcast on CBS and YTV. Across a single season of thirteen half-hour episodes, the series follows human survivors living in a future world where dinosaurs dominate the landscape. Its central figures include Jack Tenrec, voiced by David Keeley, and Hannah Dundee, voiced by Susan Roman, along with Wrench, voiced by Colin O'Meara, and Kirgo, voiced by David Fox. The engine of the show is a steady run of small-scale survival problems: the group must keep moving, avoid predators, and scavenge what they can from the wreckage of an earlier age. Each episode presents a self-contained adventure built on the tension between fragile human ingenuity and the massive creatures around them. The tone blends playful, breezy adventure with a sense of constant peril, and the vintage automobiles give the world a distinctive, retro-futurist texture. Fans of Dinosaucers and Jurassic Park will find familiar pleasures here, with a lighter, child-friendly register suited to family viewing. It is a compact, colorful piece of early nineties children's animation that still feels like a clear product of its era.
