## Synopsis

They and I (1996-1998) is a Greek romantic comedy series created by Costas Pretederis for ANT1. Its sleek, charming protagonist Zachos Dogkanos (Giannis Bezos) is an exquisite, handsome man who is loved, and pursued, far too much by the women around him. Loukia Pistiola plays Eleni Oikonomidou, Rania Papadakou plays Litsa, and Niki Sereti plays Devora, forming a circle of romantic entanglements that keeps his life in constant motion. Across two seasons and 55 episodes of roughly 45 minutes each, the series follows a steady stream of flirtations, mistaken identities, jealous rivals and awkward reunions, with each episode built from the escalating consequences of his magnetic appeal. Produced by Studio ATA, it is a light, breezy sitcom set in contemporary Athens, with a bright, playful and sociable tone and a gentle wit about love and vanity. Its ensemble format and romantic farce recall Sex and the City and Friends, while its lead's irresistible charm echoes the mischievous lothario comedy of Men Behaving Badly. Fans of Greek comedy will find a warm, cozy and nostalgic viewing experience built on banter and romantic chaos.
