## Synopsis

The Auditors (2024) is a South Korean office investigative drama miniseries created by Kwon Young-il for tvN, running twelve episodes in a single season. Shin Ha-kyun plays Shin Cha-il, the cool-headed leader of an audit team, alongside Lee Jung-ha as Koo Han-su, Jin Goo as Hwang Dae-woong, and Jo A-ram as Yoon Seo-jin, each drawn into the routine of inspecting company books and finding discrepancies. The engine of the series is the daily work of auditing: the team sifts through ledgers, questions executives and staff, and weighs what a finding will cost the people involved against what the rules require. Its episodes move through office meetings, field visits, and late nights of reconciliation, while the team's own internal friction and affection shape how each case is handled. The tone is grounded and quietly warm, more interested in the ups and downs of teamwork than in spectacle, with a steady, humane register. Viewers who enjoyed the corporate texture of Misaeng: Incomplete Life or the team ensemble of Suits will find resonance here. Its tone is earnest, measured, and attentive to the small human moments inside a rigid institutional world, making it a fitting pick for a contained, character-driven binge.
