## Synopsis

El amor no tiene receta (2024) is a Mexican telenovela created by Pablo Ferrer García-Travesí, Santiago Pineda Aliseda and Juan Osorio Ortiz for Las Estrellas. Paz Robles (Claudia Martín) is a kind, hard-working woman whose newborn daughter is taken by her husband Fermín (Hugo Catalán), who needs money to pay debts. Esteban Villa de Cortés (Daniel Elbittar) is a widower raising three children while his mother-in-law Elvira Moncada (Azela Robinson) holds him responsible for her daughter's death. Geneva (Altaír Jarabo), who has lost her own child, orchestrates the baby sale to keep her family fortune and fill the void left by her loss. Ninety-five episodes form a single season of serialized melodrama, with each episode layering new schemes, betrayals and family confrontations around the growing attraction between Paz and Esteban in their shared neighborhood. The tone is emotional and sweeping, built on sincere longing and rivalry, with the familiar heightened style of Latin American soap opera. Fans of Rosalinda, Yo soy Betty, la fea and La fea mas bella will find resonance in its blend of romance, class-tinged conflict and family secrets.
