## Synopsis

Margarita: Make Your Story Count (2024-2026) is an Argentine and Uruguayan teen soap opera series created by Cris Morena for Max and HBO Max. Mora Bianchi plays Margarita, an orphaned teenager whose life feels like a movie, full of doubts and little certainty about her own story. Following a wish, she arrives at a magical house that she does not know is her birthplace, usurped by the perfidious Delfina, played by Isabel Macedo, who built her empire on it. Around them, Ramiro Spangenberg plays Merlín, with Lola Abraldes as Daisy and Julia Calvo as Ada filling out the young ensemble. The engine is a teenage heroine piecing together her origins while rivals scheme against her, with romance, friendship and feuds carried through sung numbers in the Cris Morena musical tradition. The series runs three seasons and eighty episodes, a family-friendly serialized telenovela-style drama with comic lightness and a hopeful, wistful register. Set in a contemporary Buenos Aires-area milieu, it sits in the lineage of Rebelde and Chiquititas, and fans of Patito Feo will find a similar warmth and youthful melodrama.
