## Synopsis

New Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt (2025) is a Japanese television anime series created for TOKYO MX, Sun TV and BS Nippon TV, produced by the studio TRIGGER. It follows the foul-mouthed angel sisters Panty Anarchy (voiced by Arisa Ogasawara) and Stocking Anarchy (voiced by Mariya Ise), who are pitted against the sinister spirits known as Ghosts. Their supporting cast includes Garterbelt (voiced by Koji Ishii), the Heaven-sent companion who keeps the chaos in check. The engine of the show is simple and loud: the sisters hunt Ghosts that feed on the humans of Daten City, a town perched between Heaven and Hell, and each short episode is built around a fresh outburst of brawling, bickering and sexual innuendo. Told in thirty episodes of roughly thirteen minutes, the series is a single self-contained season rather than a long serial. The tone is raucous, profane and deliberately gleeful, with hyperkinetic action and bawdy humor carrying the day. Its style and crude energy will appeal to fans of Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt, Kill la Kill and Gintama, and anyone who wants a loud, irreverent anime sequel about demons and angels.
