## Synopsis

Hotel Costiera (2025) is an Italian-American prestige thriller series created by Elena Bucaccio and Francesco Arlanch for Prime Video. Daniel De Luca, known as DD, played by Jesse Williams, takes a job at an exclusive coastal hotel and is pulled into a dangerous search when the owner's daughter disappears. As he tries to bring her home, he must also keep handling the ever-shifting demands of wealthy guests, with Genny (Jordan Alexandra), Sheryl (Alejandra Onieva), and Adele (Maria Chiara Giannetta) among the principal figures around him. The engine of the show is a double pressure: a private rescue mission running alongside the daily crises of a luxury resort, where every guest request can hide a secret. Told across a single six-episode season of roughly forty-three minutes each, the series moves briskly and layers its mystery steadily. Its atmosphere is sun-drenched and glossy, yet undercut by unease and moral compromise. Fans of The White Lotus and Big Little Lies will find resonance in its polished coastal setting and its wealthy characters with concealed motives. The series was canceled after its first season, leaving the central search open.
