## Synopsis

A slow-burning serialized crime drama set in a remote, rain-soaked town where a missing-person case becomes the entry point into a web of buried family secrets, local power, and old grievances. Each season deepens the mystery while shifting focus between the investigating detective, the grieving relatives, and the townspeople who have learned to keep quiet. The tone is bleak, watchful, and melancholic, with long silences and moral ambiguity doing as much work as the plot. Violence arrives suddenly and lands hard, but the series is more interested in guilt, inheritance, and the cost of truth than in spectacle. Performances carry the emotional weight, and shifting timelines reveal how past choices keep shaping present lives. Viewers who enjoy patient character study wrapped in a puzzle will find its pacing rewarding, though its heaviness and some unresolved threads may frustrate those seeking quick answers. Across all seasons, it treats justice as fragile and communities as complicit, building toward a conclusion that feels earned rather than tidy and leaves lasting emotional residue.
