## Synopsis

Ruri Rocks (2025) is a Japanese seinen slice of life anime series produced by Studio Bind and EGG FIRM and aired on AT-X. High schooler Ruri Tanigawa (voiced by Miyari Nemoto) loves anything shiny, and her obsession takes her into the mountains in search of crystals, where she meets graduate student Nagi Arato (voiced by Asami Seto), who studies mineralogy. Across thirteen 24-minute episodes, the pair collect minerals, explore rocky trails and outdoor sites, and trade knowledge, while Ruri's classmates and Nagi's own circle of friends and family widen the story. The engine is simple and gentle: each outing turns a passion for sparkle into a growing respect for geology and the natural world. The mood is cozy, curious and quietly educational, with a wistful sense of wonder at small discoveries. Fans of Yuru Camp and Laid-Back Camp, with their outdoor hobby focus and wholesome friendships, will find much the same comfort here. It is a single-season, self-contained run that rewards a relaxed, unhurried viewing.
