## Synopsis

A Hundred Memories (2025) is a South Korean melodrama-comedy miniseries broadcast on JTBC, a single season of twelve hour-long episodes. Kim Da-mi plays Ko Young-rye and Shin Ye-eun plays Seo Jong-hee, two bus guides in 1980s Korea whose lives tangle around Han Jae-pil, played by Heo Nam-jun, a man bound to both of them by a first love that refuses to fade. Lee Won-jeong, Jeon Seong-woo and Park Ye-ni fill out the circle of brilliant, restless young friends whose ambitions and small rivalries give the series its comic energy. The engine is the slow accumulation of ordinary days: shared shifts on crowded buses, school-age dreams, quarrels, reconciliations and the quiet costs of growing up. Rather than rushing toward climaxes, the story builds layer by layer, letting each episode add a soft brushstroke of love, pain, laughter and loss. The tone is wistful and warm, with melancholic undercurrents that deepen as memories accumulate. Fans of Reply 1988 and Reply 1997 will find the same nostalgic blend of youthful friendship and bittersweet romance, delivered at an unhurried, lived-in pace that feels like recollection itself.
