## Synopsis

Fated Hearts (2025) is a Chinese costume romance series created for iQiyi, a single-season run adapted from a novel. Li Qin plays Fu Yixiao, a skilled female archer who loses her memory in battle and is taken in by a noble household, where she is unexpectedly reunited with Prince Feng Suige, the man she once struck with an arrow. Supporting roles are tied into a web of old betrayals and hidden loyalties. The engine is simple and emotional: two former enemies must rely on each other while navigating danger in the fictional kingdom of Yujing, where court politics and war between neighboring provinces press in on every move. Each episode layers secrets over a slow rebuilding of trust, so the romance grows out of hard circumstances rather than easy affection. The mood is wistful and tense, with flashes of danger and a steady pull toward reconciliation. Viewers who enjoy Story of Yanxi Palace, Eternal Love and The Untamed will find the same blend of enemies to lovers tension, palace intrigue and a heroine with a sharp edge, all set against a sweeping ancient China backdrop.
