## Synopsis

Amanecer (2025) is a Mexican telenovela created by Juan Osorio Ortiz for Las Estrellas. Fernando Colunga stars as Leonel Carranza, a proud owner of the Montoro estate in the small town of Villa Escarlata, whose settled routine collapses when his wife and best friend disappear together. Leaving him angry, disillusioned and convinced they are dead, the disappearance sets in motion consequences that ripple through his family and the surrounding community. Livia Brito Pestana plays Alba Palacios Salvatierra and Daniel Elbittar plays Sebastián Peñaloza Galván, two principal figures whose lives tangle with Leonel's grief and suspicion. Ana Belena and Blanca Guerra add layers of family loyalty and rivalry among the Carranza and de los Reyes households. Told across a single season of 80 episodes, the series unfolds as one continuing serialized story in classic telenovela form, with each episode driven by romantic reversals, secrets and confrontations. Its tone is melodramatic and emotionally heightened, foregrounding jealousy, wounded pride and passion. Fans of La Usurpadora, Rubí and La Madrastra will find the same operatic intensity and estate-bound family drama here.
