## Synopsis

Love, Take Two (2025) is a South Korean family dramedy created by Yoo Je-won for tvN, produced by Studio Dragon. Yum Jung-ah plays Lee Ji-an, a single mother who finds herself in an unexpected second act of life, while Choi Yoon-ji plays her daughter Lee Hyo-ri, a medical student navigating her own romantic and personal path. Park Hae-joon plays Ryu Jung-seok, a man whose presence reshapes Ji-an's expectations about love later in life, and Kim Min-kyu appears as Ryu Bo-hyeon in the surrounding web of relationships. The engine of the series is simple and emotionally direct: a mother and daughter who have long put their own wants on hold begin to test what happiness looks like now rather than someday. Episodes unfold through ordinary domestic routines, family dinners, hospital shifts and tentative dates, with each hour built from small decisions about risk and affection. The show runs as a single twelve-episode limited series of roughly sixty-nine minutes each, so its story arrives in one complete arc. Its tone is gentle, wistful and comforting, leaning on warmth and humor rather than melodrama. Viewers who enjoy the emotional intimacy of Mom, the romantic warmth of Crash Landing on You, and the family sincerity of Reply 1988 will find this a cozy, hopeful watch about love arriving late and living fully in the present.
