## Synopsis

Super Cube (2025) is a Chinese donghua action series produced by iQIYI and adapted from a popular manhua. Ordinary schoolboy Wang Xiaoxiu (voiced by Xinran Yang) receives a Superpower Cube from a cosmic civilization after an accident, granting him extraordinary abilities. His life tilts further when his longtime crush Shen Yao (voiced by Ye Zhiqiu) is confessed to, provoking the delinquent Sun Jun (voiced by Zhenyan Liu). Each escalating clash is answered with his wit and new powers, but the fixes bring bigger disasters. When Shen Yao is taken into a realm of extraordinary beings, Wang sets out on a rescue journey through bizarre worlds, learning about fairness and justice on the way to becoming a powerhouse. The twelve-episode run, around twenty minutes each, is a single continuous story with brisk, playful action and light romantic comedy. Its tone is energetic and cheeky, with a sincere heart beneath the spectacle. Fans of My Hero Academia, Battle Through the Heavens and One Punch Man will find familiar pleasures here, including schoolyard rivalry, escalating power fights and an underdog hero growing into his strength.
