## Synopsis

Apocalypse Bringer Mynoghra: World Conquest Starts with the Civilization of Ruin (2025) is a Japanese animated isekai series produced for TOKYO MX and based on a light novel. A legendary player of the fantasy strategy game Eternal Nations, Takuto Ira (voiced by Toshiki Kumagai), wakes up in Idoragya, a continent that looks exactly like the game he mastered. He meets his favorite unit, Sludge Atou (voiced by Tomori Kusunoki), and resolves to build Mynoghra, an evil empire from the ground up. Isla, Queen of the Bugs (voiced by Kikuko Inoue) and Emle (voiced by Rico Sasaki) round out the principal cast. Each episode turns on the practical problems of empire building: gathering resources, recruiting allies, and turning a hostile fantasy landscape into a power base. The single season of thirteen episodes is a serialized, strategy-driven story set in an invented fantasy realm. The tone is playful yet dark, with a sly, power-fantasy edge and a steady undercurrent of menace. Fans of Overlord, That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime and Re:Zero will find a similar appeal in its reincarnation premise and dark fantasy world building.
