## Synopsis

Rage (Furia) (2025-2026) is a Spanish dramedy series created for HBO Max, following five women whose lives collide with extreme situations that unleash their long-buried anger. Candela Peña plays Nat, Carmen Machi plays Marga, Cecilia Roth plays Victoria, Nathalie Poza plays Adela, and Pilar Castro plays Vera, with Ana Torrent and Claudia Salas also in principal roles. Each episode follows the women through escalating personal crises, with friendship, marriage, motherhood and loyalty tested as their tempers boil over. The engine is the gap between how these women are expected to behave and what they finally do when pushed past their limits. Across two seasons of eight episodes each, the storylines intercut into one continuing drama with darkly comic edges. The show is set in contemporary Spain and its tone is sardonic, raw and sometimes cathartic, mixing sharp humor with moments of real hurt. Fans of Big Little Lies, Desperate Housewives and Vis a Vis will find resonance in its female ensemble, its dark wit and its interest in women pushed to the edge.
