## Synopsis

Mad Unicorn (2025) is a Thai miniseries created by Jira Maligool and Vanridee Pongsittisak for Netflix. Across seven hour-long episodes, it follows an aspiring entrepreneur named Santi (Natara Nopparatayapon) who launches a startup courier service and quickly discovers that new opportunities bring powerful enemies. Xiaoyu (Methika Jiranorraphat), Ruijie (Palang Rocksilp), Kanin (Thaneth Warakulnukroh) and Ken (Pachara Chirathivat) orbit the young founder's struggle, each tied to the ambitions and rivalries of the competitive delivery business. The engine of the story is the grind of building a company from nothing: securing clients, outmaneuvering established players, and turning a modest idea into a real threat to the city's established transport interests. Set in contemporary Bangkok, the series moves at a brisk, focused pace, with each episode adding pressure through deals, betrayals and setbacks. Its tone is energetic and determined, with an underdog spirit that keeps the stakes personal. Viewers who enjoy business dramas in the vein of Silicon Valley and Succession, or the rise-and-fall ambition of Mad Men, will find a similar appeal in its corporate ambition and sharp rivalries. Fans of compact, self-contained streaming dramas will find it an efficient watch.
