## Synopsis

Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's (2008-2011) is a Japanese animated shounen anime series produced by Gallop and NAS and aired on TV Tokyo and affiliated stations. Set in New Domino City, a futuristic metropolis reshaped by KaibaCorp's technology, the show follows Yusei Fudo (Yuya Miyashita), a young duelist who rides a supercharged Duel Runner through high-octane contests called Turbo Duels. Alongside him, rivals and allies such as Jack Atlas (Takanori Hoshino) and Crow Hogan (Shintaro Asanuma) push him through tournaments and personal confrontations, while Aki Izayoi (Ayumi Kinoshita) keeps the group grounded. Each duel is a fast, spectacle-driven battle of monsters and strategy, and the broader arc builds across a single long run of 154 episodes. The tone is energetic, adrenaline-fueled and earnest, with a dystopian edge to the city. Fans of Yu-Gi-Oh!, Akira and Redline will find resonance in its blend of card battle competition, motorcycle action, and cyberpunk atmosphere.
