## Synopsis

Drive (2007) is an American action drama created by Tim Minear and Ben Queen for FOX, airing a single season of six hour-long episodes. It follows Alex Tully (Nathan Fillion) and Violet Trimble (Emma Stone) as they are drawn into an illegal cross-country automobile race. Some competitors enter willingly, others are forced in, and every mile brings new danger, rivalries and fragile alliances. Alongside them, Kathryn Tully (Amy Acker) and Corinna Wiles (Kristin Lehman) add personal stakes that complicate the chase. Each episode builds around a new leg of the journey, a new threat from rival drivers and a new hint about the unseen figures sponsoring the contest. Set in present-day America along the open highway, the series balances high-octane action with a gritty, sometimes bleak sense of moral compromise. Its tone is propulsive and tense, with a restless road-movie energy. Fans of Prison Break, Alias and The Amazing Race will find resonance in its blend of serialized suspense, ensemble competition and hidden conspiracy. The single season ends on a cliffhanger.
