## Synopsis

Star Wars: Tales of the Underworld (2025) is a United States animated science fiction miniseries created by Dave Filoni for Disney+. This six-episode limited series, with episodes running about seventeen minutes each, follows two outlaws who must thread their way through the galaxy's dangerous criminal underworld while pursuing their own destinies. Voice actress Nika Futterman plays Asajj Ventress, a figure whose hard edges and independent streak drive much of the story, and Lane Factor voices Lyco Strata, with Al Rodrigo appearing as Quinlan Vos. Each episode moves briskly through smuggling dealings, shifting alliances and close escapes, with the criminal underworld serving as both backdrop and obstacle. The tone is action-forward and gritty, with the sense of a galaxy operating outside the reach of law and empire. The franchise's signature blend of swashbuckling adventure and crime intrigue gives it the texture of a space western. Fans of The Clone Wars, The Bad Batch and Cowboy Bebop will find a similar appetite for rogue characters and morally gray dealings. Viewers looking for a short, self-contained Star Wars adventure with a lawless edge will find it easy to watch in a single sitting.
