## Synopsis

Destination X (2025-present) is an American reality competition series created for NBC. Hosted by Jeffrey Dean Morgan, who guides a rotating group of contestants including Allyson Bross, Christian Bailey, Rick Szabo and Shayne Cureton, the show follows players aboard a blacked-out bus on a mysterious road trip. Their goal is simple to state and hard to achieve: deduce where the bus is taking them. Each stop brings challenges that offer location clues, but the clues are deliberately unreliable, and the travelers are misled along the way, so every answer has to be weighed against doubt. The format turns travel into a real-life puzzle, with contestants sharing hunches, tensions and alliances as the miles pile up. The atmosphere is playful and suspenseful, with a sense of disorientation that rewards close attention. Fans of The Amazing Race and Survivor will find the same appeal in strategic travel challenges and social maneuvering, while viewers who enjoy puzzle-driven mysteries like Lost will appreciate the hidden-destination tension. The series currently runs across two seasons of episodes.
