## Synopsis

Too Hot to Handle: Spain (2025) is a Spanish reality dating show for Netflix, the national adaptation of an unscripted format built on a strict rule. A group of flirty single contestants arrives expecting sun, parties and steamy hookups, but they learn that the prize of 100,000 euros requires giving up sex completely for the duration of the show. Host Alba Carrillo presides over the eight-episode season, guiding the group through the rules and the temptations they face. The engine of the show is the push and pull between instant attraction and the enforced restraint that keeps every pairing unfinished, with each episode built around flirtation, confessions, and the slow fraying of self control under a sunny holiday setting. Fans of Love Island, Married at First Sight and the original Too Hot to Handle will find the same mix of playful romantic tension, social experiment design and bright, party driven spectacle. The tone is breezy and mischievous, with a light comic edge that keeps the rule-breaking stakes entertaining rather than cruel. Its single season of eight episodes makes it a quick, self contained watch for anyone who enjoys dating competitions with a twist.
