## Synopsis

Black Widows: Wh*res & Hustlers (2025) is an Argentine dark comedy crime series created by Malena Pichot for TNT Latin America. Pichot plays Mica, one of a group of women whose old criminal past resurfaces, and Pilar Gamboa plays Maru, her former partner in crime. Together they must dust off the seduction tricks they once used to con men when a blackmail threat puts their dirty laundry on the line. Supporting principals include María Fernanda Callejón as Paola, Mónica Antonópulos as Maggie, and Agustina Tremari as Antonella, each carrying a distinct stake in keeping their secrets buried. The engine is the scramble of improvised schemes, sharp banter and rising personal stakes that drive each eight-episode run of roughly thirty-three minutes. The series is a single season of eight episodes with a brisk, cheeky, irreverent register that mixes cheerful caper energy with a darker edge of extortion and betrayal. Its Buenos Aires-flavoured world is contemporary and grounded, with a playful mood that will appeal to viewers who enjoy the sly humour of Money Heist and the female-led scheming of Mujeres asesinas. Fans of caper comedy with a bite will find it a quick, fizzy watch.
