## Synopsis

Unburied (2025) is a Mexican supernatural mystery drama series created by Daniel Burman for Prime Video, a single-season limited series of seven 35-minute episodes. Aylín, a teenager from a working-class neighborhood of Mexico City, played by Lilith Curiel, discovers that eating soil brings her visions that lead to missing people. Her brother Raúl, played by Gerardo Taracena, along with friends Ezequiel (Harold Torres) and Vero (Erica Lynn Cunanan), stand beside her as she learns to control a gift that grows stronger with each case. The engine is simple and urgent: every episode pulls her toward a disappearance, while local criminals, corrupt power and everyday brutality stand in her way and threaten the people she is trying to save. The show moves at a brisk pace, with a grounded, gritty street texture and an undercurrent of dread, grief and loyalty. Its tone blends mystery with social drama and a hopeful heroine's resolve. Viewers who enjoy the supernatural youth energy of Stranger Things, or the community-rooted mystery of Mindhunter, will find a similar pull here, filtered through a distinctly Mexican urban lens.
