## Synopsis

In the Nick of Time (2005-2007) is a Greek national-television comic mystery series created by Giorgos Kapoutzidis for Mega TV. Five strangers who happen to be in the wrong place at the wrong time witness a murder and are pulled into an escalating tangle of adventures. Ntalia Chatzialexandrou (Smaragda Karydi) and Zoumpoulia Ampatzidou (Elisavet Konstantinidou) lead the group, with Spyros Deloglou (Giorgos Kapoutzidis) and Fotis Voulinos (Argyris Angelou) among the principal characters who must trust one another as they dodge danger. Their engine is simple and stubborn: they want the truth behind an old, dark case and, along the way, their own personal truths. Each stretch of the show is built from chases, close calls, and character-driven scrapes set in present-day Athens. The series runs two seasons across forty-nine episodes, a single continuing story rather than a case-of-the-week format. Its tone blends light comedy with suspense, warm and sociable, with an ensemble chemistry that carries the storytelling. Fans of Murder, She Wrote, Hustle and Leverage will find resonance in its amateur sleuthing and comic caper energy.
