## Synopsis

Fallen (2007) is an American supernatural drama miniseries created by Kevin Kerslake and Mikael Salomon and broadcast on ABC Family. Paul Wesley plays Aaron Corbett, an eighteen-year-old Nephilim, half angel and half human, who is reluctantly drawn toward his role as The Redeemer. Bryan Cranston appears as Lucifer, and Rick Worthy plays the angel Camael, while Ivana Miličević's Ariel and Fernanda Andrade's Vilma Rodriguez populate the human and celestial worlds around him. Its engine is a young man's struggle to understand a destiny he never asked for, as angels walk openly among ordinary people and every step pulls him further from the life he knew. Told across four episodes in a single season, the story is a tightly contained miniseries rather than an open-ended run. The tone is brooding and earnest, with an atmosphere of quiet dread and moral tension, and the central theme is the pull between good and evil within one soul. Fans of Supernatural and Dominion will find resonance in its mythic stakes, celestial conflict, and reluctant chosen-one hero, all set in a present-day American landscape where the sacred and ordinary overlap.
