## Synopsis

House of Mouse is an American animated variety series that aired from 2001 to 2003 across three seasons and fifty-two half-hour episodes. Mickey Mouse hosts the nightclub of the title, introducing musical numbers, cartoon shorts and comic bits from the stage, while Goofy, Minnie, Donald and Daisy form a boisterous regular crowd. Guests drawn from across the Disney animated canon drop by for songs and cameo jokes. Because the premise is a revue rather than a continuing plot, each episode works as a self-contained evening of gags and short cartoons, so viewers can dip in anywhere. The mood is bright, playful and nostalgic, a warm stroll through familiar characters that appeals to young children and to the parents who grew up with them. Its sketch-based chaos recalls The Muppet Show and Animaniacs, though its affection is gentler and more purely family-oriented. Light, undemanding and comforting, it suits shared family viewing or a quick, cheerful break.
