## Synopsis

Fraggle Rock: The Animated Series (1987) is an American animated children's series created by Jim Henson for NBC. Adapted from the live action Fraggle Rock, this single-season spin-off runs 25 episodes of about thirty minutes each and follows the Fraggles, a community of playful furry creatures who live in a cavern beneath the human world. Curious Gobo and the adventurous Red lead the way as the creatures venture beyond their familiar home, meeting new beings and facing small problems that are resolved through friendship and cleverness. The voice cast includes Bob Bergen as Wembley Fraggle, Townsend Coleman as Gobo Fraggle, Barbara Goodson as Red Fraggle, Mona Marshall as Mokey Fraggle, and Rob Paulsen as Boober Fraggle. Built as Saturday morning entertainment, each episode is a self-contained adventure with a warm, sincere tone and a gentle sense of wonder. Fans of the original Fraggle Rock, along with lighthearted Saturday morning fare like The Real Ghostbusters and Dinosaurs, will find the same playful creature-driven charm here. It suits young children and families looking for an easygoing, comforting watch.
