## Synopsis

The Men Who Killed Kennedy is a British-American documentary miniseries created by Nigel Turner and broadcast across ITV and History. Its nine hour-long episodes revisit the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, weaving together interviews with journalists, researchers and figures connected to the case with archival footage and documentary reconstruction. Anchored by presenter voices such as Roger Mudd and Hilary Minster, the series follows the investigative engine of the event itself: who fired, who might have planned it, and why official accounts have never fully quieted doubt. Each episode takes up a different thread of evidence, witness testimony and theory, so the story builds through accumulation rather than cliffhangers. The tone is sober, measured and skeptical, with an undercurrent of unease about the gap between public record and private suspicion. Set in 1963 Dallas and the wider Cold War American political landscape, it is a serious, deliberate watch for history buffs and conspiracy-minded viewers who enjoy long-form investigative documentaries. Fans of The Jinx, The Staircase and The Kennedys will find similar pleasures in patient, evidence-driven true crime and political history.
