## Synopsis

Llena de amor (2010-2011) is a Mexican Spanish-language telenovela created by Angelli Nesma Medina for Televisa, a soap opera remake of the Venezuelan series Mi Gorda Bella. Its heroine is Marianela, an overweight orphan played by Ariadne Díaz, who moves in with her aunt and uncle and finds herself tangled in the household's romantic and familial schemes. The ensemble includes Valentino Lanús, Gabriela Goldsmith, Diego Amozurrutia and Eduardo Liñán, each caught up in shifting alliances, secret loves and inheritance-driven rivalries. The engine is a long-form romantic chase, with Marianela's self-worth and the affections of those around her tested across a single run of 207 installments. Built as a serialized daily-style soap, it moves through interlocking subplots, misunderstandings and confrontations within a wealthy urban household. The tone is sentimental and warm, mixing melodrama with gentle comedy about appearance and belonging. Viewers who enjoy Ugly Betty, Yo soy Betty, la fea and Mi Gorda Bella will find the same blend of romance, class and heart at its center.
