## Synopsis

Star Wars: Clone Wars (2003-2005) is an American animated space opera series created by George Lucas, Genndy Tartakovsky, and Henry Gilroy for Cartoon Network. Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi (voiced by James Arnold Taylor) and his Padawan Anakin Skywalker (voiced by Mat Lucas) lead Republic forces through the Clone Wars, with Anakin appointed to command the Republic's space fleet. Across three seasons of short, action-packed episodes, the pair face the Separatist movement led by Sith Lord Count Dooku, who sends Force-sensitive gladiator Asajj Ventress to hunt Skywalker. The engine of the series is mission-driven: each episode delivers a raid, a rescue, or a space battle, with lightsaber duels and clone trooper squads filling the frame. The show runs as a serialized but episodic adventure, with its arcs stitched across roughly twenty-five short episodes. Set in a sweeping galaxy far away, it carries the rousing, hopeful register of classic Star Wars films, with a family-friendly tone and a sense of wartime loyalty and mentorship. Fans of Star Wars: The Clone Wars (2008), Star Wars Rebels, and Avatar: The Last Airbender will find resonance here in its blend of animated spectacle and heroic adventure.
