## Synopsis

Conan (2010-2021) is an American late night talk show created by Conan O'Brien for TBS. Hosted by Conan O'Brien himself, with longtime sidekick Andy Richter and bandleader Jimmy Vivino anchoring the studio, the series runs eleven seasons and roughly 1510 episodes of 42-minute broadcasts. Each night the engine is simple: a monologue, a run of comedic bits, and a guest sit-down where a celebrity is coaxed into awkward, funny territory, with live musical performances punctuating the hour. Its shape is episodic rather than serialized, a nightly ritual in which recurring stunts and self-mocking escapades build a loyal running gag culture across seasons. The tone is breezy, irreverent, and sardonic, with a deadpan host who keeps puncturing the polish of network television. Set in the present of its broadcast, the show sits in the tradition of American late night television, following in the footsteps of classic hosts like Johnny Carson and the satirical edge of The Daily Show. Fans of Late Night with Conan O'Brien and The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson will find the same comic chemistry, rapid-fire banter, and affectionate chaos here.
