## Synopsis

Battlestar Galactica: Blood & Chrome (2012) is a American and Canadian science fiction miniseries created by David Eick and Michael Taylor and released on YouTube. Set roughly a decade into the first Cylon war, it follows the young Ensign William Adama (Luke Pasqualino), who is disappointed to be posted to a freighter instead of a fighter squadron. His co-pilot Lt. Coker Fasjovik (Ben Cotton) resents having a rookie beside him, and their passenger, the civilian scientist Dr. Becca Kelly (Lili Bordán), is hiding the real purpose of her mission. Adama is eager to take the job, especially when it takes them deep into Cylon-controlled space, where the tension of hidden orders and dangerous routes keeps mounting. Set against the military hierarchy of the human fleet, the miniseries plays as a tense, dark-edged space adventure that promises shifting loyalties and a story where nothing is what it seems. Its ten short episodes give it the feel of a compact, focused prequel. Fans of Battlestar Galactica (2004), The Expanse and Firefly will find resonance in its blend of military sci-fi, cylon menace, and young crew camaraderie.
