## Synopsis

Tower Prep (2010) is a American teen science fiction mystery series created by Paul Dini for Cartoon Network. Ian Archer (Drew Van Acker) wakes up inside a secluded academy for adolescents with special abilities, with no memory of how he arrived and no route out. Alongside Gabe Forrest (Ryan Pinkston) and Candace 'CJ' Ward (Elise Gatien), he forms a covert alliance among suspicious classmates who refuse to accept the faculty's evasive explanations. The engine of the show is the students' steady probing of the locked campus, where every answer from the staff raises new doubts and every sealed door hides another question. Each episode layers small confrontations with the authorities over a growing mythology, giving the series the feel of a tightly paced puzzle set in one isolated location. The tone is tense and paranoid, with a youthful edge and a dark undercurrent of institutional control. Its single season of thirteen one-hour episodes ends with the central mystery still open. Fans of Lost, Heroes and The Gifted will find resonance in its blend of teen drama, supernatural secrecy and a school that hides dangerous truths behind polished walls.
