## Synopsis

C/o Segemyhr (1998-2004) is a Swedish national-television sitcom created by Fredrik Lindström and Erik Haag for TV4. Johan Ulveson plays Fredrik Segemyhr, a Stockholm man whose apartment in an exclusive neighbourhood becomes the hub of his social life, and he is joined by Olle Sarri as Anton, Lennart Jähkel as Jan-Olof and Sussie Eriksson as Cilla, a rotating circle of friends and acquaintances who drift in and out of his home. The engine of the show is the gap between how these characters see themselves and how they actually behave, with small social mishaps, romantic misjudgements and petty rivalries driving each episode of roughly twenty-three minutes. The series runs five seasons across fifty-eight episodes, structured as self-contained comic situations that build a loose continuity of recurring relationships. Set in present-day urban Stockholm, its tone is dry, observational and mildly cringe-inducing, with warmth beneath the awkwardness. Fans of Friends and Seinfeld will find resonance in its apartment-bound ensemble comedy and its gentle mockery of middle-class urban vanity.
