## Synopsis

Las Aparicio (2010) is a Mexican telenovela created by Leticia López Margalli and Verónica Bellver, produced by Argos Comunicación for Cadena Tres and streamed on mun2. Its central family is the Aparicio household, anchored by Alma Aparicio, played by Gabriela de la Garza, and her counterpart Mercedes Aparicio, played by Ximena Rubio. Their rivalries, romances and family loyalties drive the serial's emotional engine, with each episode building suspense around secrets, betrayals and reconciliations within a close-knit household. The single season runs 120 episodes, a self-contained serialized story that aired over several months in 2010 and wraps up in one complete arc. The series belongs to the Latin American soap opera tradition, with heightened emotion, dramatic confrontations and sweeping melodrama delivered in a warm, earnest register. Fans of La Madrastra, Rubí and Mirada de mujer will find the same blend of family melodrama, romantic entanglement and generational conflict. The tone stays emotional and accessible, offering the comfort of a familiar telenovela structure with sincere stakes for its characters.
