## Synopsis

Teen Wolf (2011-2017) is an American supernatural teen drama series created by Jeff Davis for MTV. Scott McCall (Tyler Posey) is an ordinary high school student in the small town of Beacon Hills whose life changes when he is bitten and becomes a werewolf. He must balance this dangerous new identity with ordinary teenage life, keeping his best friend Stiles (Dylan O'Brien) and his love interest Allison, a member of a family of werewolf hunters, safe. Derek Hale (Tyler Hoechlin), a mysterious werewolf with a dark past, complicates his path. Across six seasons and one hundred episodes, the show runs as a serialized mythology with recurring monsters, shifting pack alliances, and a rotating cast of hunters and creatures, so each season builds on the last. The tone blends romance, humor, and dread, with a moody, nocturnal atmosphere in a quiet suburban town where danger hides behind ordinary life. Fans of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and The Vampire Diaries will find the same mix of teen angst and supernatural threat, and viewers who enjoy eerie small-town mysteries will find resonance in its creeping tension.
